Spinnaker contributes to The Parliamentary Review

Every year The Parliamentary Review’s September launch brings together the most creative and inspiring voices across business, industry, education and the public sector to share insight, encourage best practice and help organisations confront the challenges of an ever-changing political landscape. Co-chaired by Lord Blunkett and Lord Pickles, The Review features commentary from senior politicians including the prime minister.

Based in Saltash, Cornwall, Spinnaker is a company creating technology which protects billions of pounds in cash around the world every day, all while enabling a record breaking 1,000 mph attempt at the land speed record. In their Review article, they speak more about the company’s evolution since its establishment in 1985.

Technology is surging forwards apace all across the world, and Britain is no exception. This year’s edition of The Parliamentary Review explains the progress that the industry has experienced on both a domestic and international level, while also highlighting pertinent issues for the future.

Lord Pickles, co-chairman of The Review alongside Lord Blunkett has stated that now more than ever it is “critical that we forge new channels of communication and reinforce existing ones” and that this year’s Review is the perfect platform for delivering that.

Writing in The Review, the prime minister says that “British politics provides ample material for analysis in the pages of The Parliamentary Review.”
